This is a subject that I feel great passion for...
We do not yet know if the Lord will grant our prayer...
But in the meantime, while we wait, please please have a looksee over at this amazing friend's blog. She briefly tells her journey of going from "ew, sanitize my hands and double shower off their germs!" to fully embracing her role as foster mommy to an HIV+ child.
I promise, you will be AMAZED. The stigma is outdated, the reality is simple (drug maintenance) and the children are REAL who are being left behind because of it.
